Yoda was the Jedi master of Luke Skywalker a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Nowadays he works as a grammar teacher. About half the filksongs in the word were apparently written by his students. You know:

To master Yoda sworn was I,
But how could I the Force deny?
A Jedi strong he said I'd be,
And off his syntax rubbed on me.

Weird Al wrote about him in a parody of “Lola” , a song I also parodied once.

I stole the joke about Yoda's parents in “Come Ye Muppets” from someone; it was going around at the time the movie came out.
