Harp Column Discussion Groups:
Categories include amateur harpists, coffee break, harps
and accessories, professional harpists, teaching harp, young harpists.
Harp Enthusiasts:
"This egroup is for stringed harp musicians and other enthusiasts, to share
knowledge about learning, playing, and teaching the harp, and about the
instrument itself."
Harp Mailing List:
These archives are organized by subject. The link above is for the
Jan/1999 archives. To get other years and months, change the date/year
numbers. Sorry, but I couldn't figure out a way to access the archives
from a more general link...the one provided in the page above doesn't
seem to work.
Harps@onelist.com:
"This list, harps@onelist.com, is merely a vehicle to direct true
harp-lovers to an email community with approximately 800 members,
primarily serious harp musicians.
After subscribing, you'll receive information on how you can
contact the moderator of the real list. (We use this complex
route to discourage folks who aren't truly harp enthusiasts.)"
HarpCircle:
"Harpers, harpists, harperists... are some of the most
interesting, creative, generous, caring, and occasionally kooky
folks around. This list is designed as a relaxed forum to talk
about things related to, and unrelated to, the harp. Just a group
of people with something very special and meaningful in common."
HarpLearners:
"This is a list for young people who enjoy learning the
harp to chat and compare blisters."
Harpmakers List:
"This mailing list is a continuation of Harpmakers mail list
started by Keith Rogers, which in turn was spawned from the Harp
mail list. We discuss all subjects pertaining to design,
construction and repair of folk (non-pedal) harps (mostly).
However, any subject related to harps is welcome. In addition to
the current Onelist archive, the pre-1999 archives (with
exception of year 1998) are still accessible."
